To help you manage any exchanges and returns of your order, use the following link:
What options do you have?
- Exchange for size, color, or model (subject to availability).
- Return with refund of the item's amount to the same payment method.
- You can send by your own means (Post/parcel service) or request home pickup from the portal.
Important: items must be unused, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging/labeling.
Exceptions (non-returnable)
Several types of goods are exempt from exchange or return: accessories, add-ons, and costume jewelry. Exchanges or returns are not accepted for bags, belts, underwear, scarves, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, or rings (non-exhaustive list).
If a customer sends us one of these items for exchange or return, they will be informed to arrange the pickup, with the shipping cost borne by the customer.
Also non-refundable are: gift cards, vouchers, and store credits (online or physical store).
