A) How long will my order take to arrive?
The delivery time for standard shipping is:
- Mainland Spain: 1–3 business days. (96% of shipments arrive in less than 48h with standard shipping)
- Portugal: 1–4 business days.
- France: 2–5 business days.
If you make the purchase on business days after 16:00, on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, the processing of the order and shipping will be handled the next business day. There are no deliveries on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
The delivery time for express shipping is 1 business day. Orders placed after 16:00, on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, will be processed the next business day. There are no deliveries on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Delivery times are not contractual and do not entitle you to a refund.
B) Where can I receive my purchase?
We ship to the delivery address you provide, within the European Union, in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). The delivery address can be different from the buyer's (ideal for gifts or delivery at work).
